Steve Denton, President

As President of GSI Media, Steve Denton leads and manages the direction of GSI Commerce companies PepperJam Exchange, GSI Media and FetchBack.

He has over 12 years of digital media experience and over 20 years of successfully leading sales and marketing teams. Prior to joining GSI Media, he helped clients manage and monetize cross media marketing solutions as Senior Vice President of Cross Commerce Media. Prior to Cross Commerce Media, Mr. Denton was President of Linkshare Corporation, a leading performance marketing network provider, where he was responsible for all client facing operations including sales, merchant services, affiliate development, search and marketing. Mr. Denton also served in key leadership roles at FedEx Corporate Services, The Times-Mirror Company and PepsiCo.

Mr. Denton has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Shepherd University and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute at Duquesne University.

In his limited free time, Mr. Denton enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, coaching soccer and golfing.

Glenn Fishback, Head of Product and Strategy

Glenn is an accomplished, results-oriented media executive with over 13 years concentration in the digital media space. He has worked for industry pioneering companies in the audience targeting, personalized product recommendation, demand side platform, vertical ad network, digital couponing and predictive optimization space. Glenn has extensive experience building new business units from the ground up to $120M run rates, hiring world class talent, and implementing best-selling sales strategies.

In his most recent role as Senior Vice President and General Manager at MyBuys Media, Glenn maintained P&L responsibility for the company’s fastest growing business unit. His leadership turned a recent technology acquisition into a world class DSP/DMP engine-selling dynamic personalized retargeting, lifecycle remarketing and new to file customer acquisition to 400+ retailers.

Prior to joining MyBuys, Glenn was a member of the executive leadership team for Adify Media, where he had P&L responsibility and focused product development efforts around campaign management tools, audience targeting, 3rd party data integration, video support and branded vertical high SOV package solutions. With Glenn’s leadership, his team realized an extraordinary revenue run rate, over $20 million for 2011.

Over the past 16 years, Glenn has also held leadership roles with Advisor Dotomi, Inc., Advisor Turn, Inc., Coupons, Inc. and Claria Corporation. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Santa Clara University.

Anthony Argenziano, Head of Technology

Anthony Argenziano leads the company’s software development, technical operations and product support efforts. Additionally, Anthony and his team are responsible for the design, development, delivery, operations and support of the FetchBack platform. He drives innovation and ensures the FetchBack product meets the needs of customers and the industry.

Anthony is an entrepreneur and startup executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He has provided technological and operational leadership that has delivered success at both startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Anthony’s executive leadership guided the creation of several award winning software solutions, including KwikTag and Airmail2, as well as his own startup, iLogon. His previous experience includes consulting and executive roles at Intel, ImageTag, DocSolid, DICOM Grid, and several other early stage startups.

Anthony is tenacious in his ability and drive to execute a vision and plan. He excels at building and refining teams and operates with high quality standards. Anthony specializes in creating and implementing high-performance strategies that directly impact growth and profitability of technology companies. Merging business and technology strategies to achieve success is a key strength.

Anthony has an undergraduate degree in Management from Ottawa University and a MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. In his spare time, Anthony trains for and competes in triathlons, having completed his first Ironman in 2011.

James McNamara, Head of Sales

As Head of Sales, James “Mac” McNamara is responsible for the sales teams and revenue generation for FetchBack worldwide.

Mac brings over 15 years of business development and sales leadership to FetchBack. His experience has included leadership roles with Xyron, an Esselte Company, helping to run their professional services division and most recently, Automatic Data Processing (ADP). He has direct experience partnering with some of best known names on the IR 100, including top advertising agencies worldwide, as well as developing strategies for client organizations of all sizes. Along with his corporate background, Mac is also a serial entrepreneur, having developed and launched three businesses over the last 15 years.

Mac holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the W.P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University. Mac and his wife, Cami, currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. They enjoy traveling whenever possible, but during his free time, you can usually find him working on his golf game.

Amanda Holt, Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations, Amanda Holt manages the services and media buying groups of Fetchback.

She has over 10 years of online marketing and operational management experience. Prior to joining GSI Media, she helped grow the locally focused employment website Jobing.com, moving through the ranks and finally supporting nationwide channel marketing efforts as the AVP of Community Marketing. Prior to her Community Marketing role Amanda held leadership positions in product management, marketing, and community events; developing the event logistics model for the corporation.

Amanda holds her Masters of Business of Administration in Marketing from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern.

Amanda is raising three active children with her husband of 10 years, Chris. They spend their limited free time taxing them all between dance classes, piano lessons, chess class, Girl Scout meetings, church outings and play dates.

Eric Kingsbury, Head of Marketing and Creative

Eric Kingsbury leads FetchBack’s marketing and creative services teams. He and his creative team design and develop the award-winning display ads and the innovative ad functionality that engage our clients’ prospective customers and drive our clients’ results. In marketing, he and his team support the FetchBack mission through strategy, analysis and communications.

Eric has 20 years of creative and marketing experience, on both the corporate and agency sides, in a variety of industry verticals. Prior to joining FetchBack, Eric held creative, marketing and communications leadership roles at Fender Musical Instruments, International Cruises and Excursions, PetSmart, and the branding agency SHR Perceptual Management. He has extensive experience in brand development and management, traditional offline advertising, bricks-and-mortar retail marketing, ecommerce, web development and display advertising. As both a marketer and a creative, Eric understands the dynamic interplay of aesthetics and performance, and he and his team measure their success by how well they can drive superior results for our clients and for FetchBack.

Eric has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Illinois State University and an MBA in International Management from Arizona State University. Eric enjoys spending his free time with his family, playing guitar, hiking, traveling, reading, writing, and making stuff.

Doug Shafer, Head of Finance

An experienced accounting and finance professional, Doug received his B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University. He began his career at agribusiness giant Archer Daniels Midland Company, serving in many roles in the accounting area. Since relocating his family to Arizona in 2000 he has served as Controller for multiple small to medium sized companies in various industries; specializing in high leverage and turnaround environments and redesigning and rebuilding the accounting functions.

Doug and his family reside in Gilbert, AZ. In addition to living vicariously through his three children and coaching them in their many sporting activities, Doug enjoys playing golf, soccer, and softball.
